Overview
Assura Macclesfield LLP is a partnership between six local practices and Assura Medical, a leading healthcare provider.
The partnership has been developed to create a GP-led provider organisation of NHS services by combining the clinical skills and expertise of the local GPs with the business and service expertise of Assura Medical. Our clinical models enable us to provide integrated care across whole pathways that deliver significant savings for commissioners and streamlined care for the patient.

Our Clinical Management Board (CMB)
The Clinical Management Board is responsible for the overall running of the partnership to ensure that the best possible service is offered within the community. The CMB also assumes responsibility for clinical governance and delivery of the business plan to the day-to-day responsibility of managing and operating the partnership.

Dr Morris is the Chairman of the board and a GP at Park Green Surgery.
Dr Richard Usher
Dr Usher is a member of the board and a GP at Cumberland House Surgery.
Dr Gill Plant
Dr Plant is a member of the board and a GP at South Park Surgery
Dr Val Pickles
Dr Pickles is a member of the board and a GP at Park Lane Surgery
Dr Pat Cocker
Dr Cocker is a member of the board an a GP at High Street Surgery
Dr Ian Collyer
Dr Collyer is a member of the board and a GP at Broken Cross Surgery
Gillian Gregory
Gillian Gregory is the business director of Assura Macclesfield.
Anita Andrews
Anita Andrews is the regional manager for Assura Medical.
Our services
Urology
The Urology Service is an NHS service, free to patients, commissioned by Central and Eastern Cheshire Primary Care Trust. The service covers the diagnosis and treatment of disorders of the kidneys, ureters, bladder, prostate and reproductive organs.
